We have a powerful new way for you to learn about and support our students. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to hear their stories and are moved to directly impact their lives!

PAIR has been fortunate to receive tremendous community support this year, including local and national awards, to fund our rapidly growing programs. To continue to provide programs that make a positive difference in the future of our young participants and to expand our reach to serve all of the youth who need our services, we require your help.

Open our Friends of PAIR booklet to learn more about the students who benefit from the programs that your support makes possible. As a Friend of PAIR, your gift sustains and grows PAIR programs, directly impacting the lives of our students. Friends receive regular updates that share the stories of young participants in PAIR's programs, youth who are moving toward fulfilling their dreams for their future thanks to the ongoing support of Friends like you.

Why do we need your support? Here are some quick facts:
  • We are serving twice the number of refugee youth in academic year 2011-2012 than we served last academic year, with twice the number of volunteers.
  • We are operating a greatly expanded summer program and Explorers Saturday program through a partnership with the Neighborhood Centers Inc. Baker-Ripley campus.
  • Our Learners after-school program days have tripled in the last year, increasing from two to six per week.
  • Our Leaders program added an additional program day each week at Westbury High School and served over 100 students just this fall.
